Seasonal weekly rental rates, are identified in the table below.
Our current availability is identified on the Calendar.
The rental rates are based on a group size of 8 persons, or less. The rental fee for groups of 9 persons or more will be increased by £10.00, per person, per night.
In addition to the rental rates, there is a £250 cleaning cost and £25 per person, per stay, for the provision of bed and bath linen.
We are also obliged to collect and remit a Tourist Tax for each booking. This cost will be circa. £2 per adult, per night.
Our rental rates may be adjusted to reflect longer term rental commitments.
